Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your package.

All Returns must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped. To request a refund, please contact us at support@gwaves.co.uk

Before submitting a request to return or exchange your order, please read the following instructions:

Reasons for Return:

       1. Received Wrong Item

  • If you receive the wrong item, please attach a photo of the incorrect item you received before submitting your request.

       2. Package Lost in Transit

  • If your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time per our shipping policy, plus 15 business days for possible delays, or there is no update on the tracking info for more than 10 business days, please contact us. If we are unable to trace the package, we will re-ship a replacement free of charge. Contact us within 10 business days from the last estimated delivery date so we can assist you. Once we ship the package, the customer is responsible for following the tracking updates as they often contain important information from the carrier.

     3. Received Damaged/Faulty Item

  • If a damaged item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and will provide a free replacement or refund. Please submit your request, including a photo of the damaged item.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds If:

  • You ordered the wrong size.
  • You changed your mind. Since all our items are printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for this reason.
  • You do not email us with your return request to be reviewed and approved by our team before sending your product back.
  • You request a return after 30 days of receiving your package.
  • You request a cancellation after placing an order because we begin the printing process almost in real-time. No cancellations for accidental or test orders.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The garment is underwear.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way.
  • The item(s) are defective in any way from the original and salable condition, unless it is our fault.
